Shipping policy

All orders placed on www.withn.in are shipped from New Delhi, India. Orders are processed after payment is received. You will receive an email once your order is confirmed. Please review this email for sizing and address details, and contact us within 24 hours for any changes. You will receive another email with tracking information once your order is packed and ready for pickup.

 

Since we make each piece on order, the gap between these email communications may be longer. The typical dispatch time for domestic orders is 10-14 business days (excluding weekends and government holidays). Any delays will be communicated via email.

 

If your PIN code falls within a remote service area, delivery may take longer than usual. Custom-made orders, pre-orders, international orders (outside India), and orders placed during a Sale period typically take 03-04 weeks to be dispatched. If you require your order by a specific date, please write to us at hello@withn.in. While we do our best to accommodate urgent requests, we cannot guarantee delivery timelines unless they have been communicated to us in advance, ideally at the time of placing the order. 

 

Shipping is free on all orders within India. For express shipping, additional charges starting from ₹350 may apply. For international orders, a flat shipping fee applies and varies by destination. The applicable shipping charges are calculated at checkout. In rare cases where additional shipping charges are required due to location, package size or carrier restriction, we will notify you via e-mail. Orders requiring additional shipping charges will be processed once the balance amount has been paid. 

A few things to know:

• Partial COD is available at checkout for domestic orders
• Multiple orders placed within 7 days may be shipped together
• Delivery is attempted multiple times before a shipment is returned to us. If you are unavailable to receive the order, standard shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch
• Delivery timelines are indicative. While we make every effort to meet them, they cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control
• We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being confirmed as delivered to the shipping address
  
• We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to Force Majeure events
  

For international orders:

• Customs duties, import duties and local taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer
• Once dispatched, we cannot retrieve a package. If it is held by customs in the destination country, the customer will need to contact the relevant authorities directly to clear the package
• We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance processes
