Orders
How can I pick the right size?
Each product page has a Size Guide with body measurements for each size. Please refer to it before ordering.
Can I exchange, return or cancel my order?
We accept exchanges for size issues within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns or cancellations. Kindly refer to our Returns & Exchange page for more information.
Do you take bulk orders?
Yes, we do. For wholesale and bulk enquiries, visit the Wholesale page for more information and write to us at hello@withn.in.
Can I send one of your products as a gift?
Yes, you can. Please fill in the address and contact details of the person you are gifting to, and mention in the ‘Notes’ section in your cart that the order is a gift. We would also be happy to include a handwritten note in the order.
Do promo codes work on your website?
Yes, codes shared directly by us work on our website. However, we are not associated with any third-party websites for promo codes.
Can I visit your studio or workshop?
Yes, by appointment. We're based in New Delhi. Write to us at hello@withn.in or WhatsApp us at +91-8810432848 to arrange a visit.
Do you do pop-ups or offline events?
Yes, we do it occasionally. We announce these on our Instagram (@with.n) and via our newsletter. Follow us to stay updated.
Product Information
Are the product images a true representation of the original product?
We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products. However, colours may vary slightly depending on the textile lots, photography, lighting, and device settings. Any major variation will be mentioned in the product description.
How do oversized clothes work?
Our oversized shirts come in dual sizes (XS-S, M-L, etc.) Each garment is already cut for an oversized fit -- you don't need to size up to achieve the look. Please stick to your actual size. If you prefer a more relaxed fit, you can size down.
What is your production process?
We work with weavers across India to create, source and co-develop handwoven textiles. Each fabric is carefully made into a garment, based on its unique patterns, flow, and the nature of the textiles, at our New Delhi workshop. Nothing is made until you order it.
Do you keep ready pieces?
We only make on order, but occasionally, we have pieces from past exchanges, samples, or pieces with minor variations available at a reduced price. Contact us for availability.
What fabrics do you use?
We use 100% handwoven textiles: kala cotton, mulberry silk, linen, wool, cotton, and khadi -- sourced from weaver clusters across India. We also work on other handwoven textiles for special edits and custom orders. Visit our Textiles page for more details.
How do I take care of my garments?
All our products are made from handwoven textiles, so we suggest dry cleaning most of them for longevity. You can also hand wash them in cold water at home using mild detergent. For detailed care instructions, please check individual product pages or read more on our Garment Care

What is 'made to order' and why does it take 10-14 days to ship?
Made to order means your garment is cut and sewn after you place your order -- nothing is made in advance. Your fabric is tagged for your order, goes through quality checks, is cut & sewn at our workshop, and is hand-finished before being packed and shipped. The 10-14 business day window covers this entire process.
Do your clothes shrink or fade?
All our textiles are washed before production to minimise shrinkage. Natural dyes bleed and fade slightly over time and with washing -- this is characteristic of the dyeing process, not a defect.
Customisation
Do you customise?
Yes, we offer customisation. You can get existing designs in custom sizes or combine different designs and textiles from our existing collection to make something entirely new. For more details, please visit our custom page.
Do you charge separately for customisation?
We do not charge extra for standard-size customisations; additions up to two inches are free. However, extensive changes such as significantly increasing the length, adding sleeves, or creating a new design altogether, may incur additional charges. These will always be discussed with you in advance.
Do you sell fabric?
No, we don't sell fabric. But you can choose any fabric from our collection and have it made into a garment of your choice.
Can I get the products altered from a different/local tailor?
Yes, you can. Most of our products have margins for alterations.
How do I share my measurements for a custom order?
Once you place a custom order, we'll send you a list of measurements that we need. You can also leave your measurements in the Notes section at checkout.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through Razorpay, Easebuzz, and PayPal. These platforms support Debit Cards, Credit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and wallets. We also accept payments via Bank Transfer. Please reach out to us for the details.
Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for domestic orders at checkout. Please note that the advance payment made is non-refundable and non-adjustable if the order is refused at the time of delivery, as each piece is made specifically for you.
Are the prices inclusive of taxes?
Yes, all prices listed on the website are inclusive of 18% GST.
Do you accept international payments?
Yes, we do. International customers can switch to their local currency using the currency selector. The final payments are processed in INR -- your bank converts at the current exchange rate.
Shipping
What is the shipping timeline and cost?
Our standard dispatch timeline is 10–14 business days (excluding weekends and government holidays) for deliveries within India.
International orders, custom orders, and orders placed during a Sale are dispatched within 3–4 weeks. The dispatch timeline for Sale orders is usually updated on the website at the time of the Sale event and is mentioned in the order confirmation email during the same.
Shipping is free within India. Additional charges apply for partial COD orders.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping charges will apply automatically at checkout. Customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I get my orders faster?
Expedited production is available for some orders depending on fabric availability and production capacity at the time. Write to us at hello@withn.in before placing your order to check.
My courier has not been delivered to me. What should I do?
You will receive a tracking link by email once the order is shipped. If there's a delay, please reach out to us via email. We will escalate the issue from our end.
