Orders
How can I pick the right size?
Each product page has a Size Guide which contains the corresponding body measurements for each size. You can refer to the same to pick the right size.
Can I exchange, return or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or cancellation. However, we do allow for exchange in the event of a sizing issue. Kindly refer to our exchange policy for more information.
Do you take bulk orders?

Can I send one of your products as a gift?
Yes, you can. Please fill in the address and contact details of the person you are gifting to, and mention in the ‘Notes’ section in your cart that the order is a gift. We would also be happy to include a handwritten note in the order.
Do promo codes work on your website?
Yes, our promo codes work on our website. However, we are not associated with any of the third party websites for promo codes.
Product Information
Are the product images a true representation of the original product?
We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products. However, product colour may vary slightly due to difference in textile lots, photography, lighting, and device settings. Any major variation in colour will be mentioned in the product description.
How do oversized clothes work?
Our oversized shirts are available in dual sizes such as XS-S, M-L, etc. Please opt for the size corresponding to your body measurements if you prefer your clothes to be oversized. Else, you can size down to opt for a more relaxed fit. Nevertheless, you do not have to size up to achieve the oversized look. Each garment will be oversized for their respective sizes already.
What is your production process?
We work with weavers from all parts of the country to create our own designs or also use existing designs from them. Each fabric is carefully crafted into a piece of clothing based on its unique patterns, flow, and nature of the textiles. The final product is then produced in our workshop in Delhi, and finished by hand.
Do you keep ready pieces?
We only make on order but we also have pieces from past exchanges, samples, or pieces with minor defects that can be sold at a reduced price. Please contact us for more information!
What fabrics do you use?
We use 100% handwoven fabrics for our products. Our collection mostly includes khadi cotton, mulberry silk, linen, and organic kala cotton. We also work on other handwoven textiles for special edits and custom orders.
How do I take care of my garments?
All our products are made from handwoven textiles, so they require extra care. We suggest dry cleaning most of them, or hand washing them at home using mild detergent. For detailed care instructions, please check our product pages or read more here.
Customisation
Do you customise?
Yes, we offer customisation. You can get existing designs in custom sizes, or combine different designs and textiles from our existing collection to make something entirely new. For more details, please visit our custom page.
Do you charge separately for customisation?
We do not charge anything additional for customising to your size. However, depending on the changes requested including increasing the length of the garment by more than a couple of inches, or adding sleeves, additional charges may apply. Similarly, if you would like to discuss something more intricate or create an entirely new design, there may be some additional fees. It will be discussed on a case-to-case basis.
Do you sell fabric?
No, we don't sell fabric. However, you can choose any fabric and silhouette to create a personalized piece.
Can I get the products altered from a different/local tailor?
Yes, you can. Most of our products have margins for alterations.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through Razorpay, Easebuzz, and PayPal. These platforms support Debit Cards, Credit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and wallets. We also accept payments via Bank Transfer. Please reach out to us for the details.
Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for domestic orders at checkout. Please note that the advance payment made is non-refundable and non-adjustable if the order is refused at the time of delivery, as each piece is made specifically for you.
Are the prices inclusive of taxes?
Yes, all prices listed on the website are inclusive of 12% GST.
Shipping
What is the shipping timeline and cost?
Our standard dispatch timeline is 10–14 business days (excluding weekends and government holidays) for deliveries within India.
International orders, custom orders, and orders placed during a Sale are dispatched within 3–4 weeks. The dispatch timeline for Sale orders is usually updated on the website at the time of the Sale event and is mentioned in the order confirmation email during the same.
Shipping charges are a flat ₹100 for all domestic orders. Additional charges apply for partial COD orders.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping charges will apply automatically at checkout.
Can I get my orders faster?
Yes, we do offer expedited production and delivery for certain orders depending on your needs and availability from our end.
My courier has not been delivered to me. What should I do?
You will receive a tracking link on your email once the order is shipped. In case there is a delay, please reach out to us via email. We will escalate the issue from our end.
